Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Padra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and managing the sales process to meet assigned targets. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing effective sales plans, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in representing the company and its high-quality pharmaceutical products to new and existing clientele.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing expertise, including market analysis, customer acquisition, and relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including excipients and APIs, and their regulatory standards
• Proficiency in record keeping, reporting sales metrics, and working with CRM tools
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in local languages and/or English is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related industries is highly desirable
