We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a key member, you will be responsible for marketing and selling our company's packages and services to both new and existing clients. Additionally, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional round-the-clock customer support to ensure the alignment of our efforts with the company's sales and revenue objectives.
Responsibilities: 1. Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively understand and address client requirements. 2. Create enticing packages and itineraries tailored to individual customer needs. 3. Customize itineraries according to specific customer preferences. 4. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. 5. Collaborate efficiently with the sales and marketing team to promote International and Domestic holiday and tour packages, targeting both individuals and groups. 6. Stay updated with the latest product launches, packages, and services to better serve our clients.
Required Skills: 1. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Hindi. 2. Basic computer knowledge. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Excellent research and planning skills. 5. Negotiation skills to ensure favorable deals for clients and the company.
