Responsibilities and Duties: Planning, developing, and coordinating tours and travel packages. Research and gather knowledge about various destinations. Ensuring all aspects of the tours meet the highest quality and safety standards. Resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Providing excellent customer service by offering detailed information about travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Tourism or relevant field. Previous experience in travel planning, tour operation, or similar role. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to create exciting, engaging itineraries. Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocol. Addtional Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours and days, as travel planning often requires.
