Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing client relationships, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, coordinating with the construction team, and presenting sales proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop strategies to maximize sales
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field
