Sales Executive

We're looking for a motivated and empathetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing maternity and baby photoshoot company! In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our warm leads – clients who have already shown interest in our services. Your mission will be to guide them through their booking journey, answer their questions, and ensure they have a seamless and delightful experience from inquiry to confirmed photoshoot. What You'll Do: Client Engagement & Support: Proactively contact and assist potential clients who have inquired about our maternity or baby photoshoot packages. Information Delivery: Provide necessary details, pricing, and package information to clients in a timely and professional manner, primarily via WhatsApp and phone calls. Follow-up & Closing: Nurture leads through effective follow-up strategies to secure bookings and achieve sales targets. Lead Qualification: Identify and disqualify leads that are not a good fit for our services, ensuring efficient use of resources. Offer Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and propose engaging monthly offers and discounts to attract and convert clients. Revenue Generation: Drive sales and contribute significantly to the company's revenue goals. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs in our CRM system. What We're Looking For: Proven Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales or telesales role, preferably in a service-oriented industry. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Empathy & Patience: Ability to understand and respond to the unique needs and emotions of expectant and new parents. Strong Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet targets. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using WhatsApp for business communication and comfortable with CRM software. Proactive & Creative: A self-starter who can come up with new ideas for promotions and offers.
