Key Responsibilities: Travel-friendly to visit and connect with clients. Customer Base Expansion: Generate inquiries from potential customers and actively work towards increasing our customer base. Quotation/Negotiation and Order Management: Handle the entire sales process from making quotations to negotiating terms and efficiently closing orders. Technical Support Coordination: Collaborate closely with the technical team to address any customer technical issues and ensure prompt resolution. Internal Coordination: Liaise with our internal coordination team and principals to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Qualifications: Graduation in Electrical Engineering. Prior experience: working with government organizations, electrical consultants, and contractors. Prior experience in selling Electrical products (LED Lights, Wires & Cables, Switchgears). Proven track record in sales or a related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. (Experience in sales to government agencies through GeM Portal will be an advantage.)
