About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in promoting building materials to architects, builders, and contractors, with a focus on architectural walling, roofing, and railing solutions. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and consultants. Generate new business opportunities through project tracking, networking, and market intelligence. Present and promote the company’s range of architectural solutions to design professionals. Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to provide project-specific solutions. Manage the sales cycle — from lead generation to order closure and after-sales follow-up. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility. Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of building materials / façade / architectural products. Proven network among architects, interior designers, and builders in Karnataka region. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand architectural drawings and material specifications. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Compensation:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives + travel allowance.
