Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business for our uPVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors division. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales, from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong focus on cold calling, site visits, and relationship building with architects, builders, and developers. Key Responsibilities:Generate new enquiries through cold calling, site visits to under-construction buildings, and field marketing activities Identify and meet architects, builders, developers, contractors, and individual customers to create new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, real estate developers, and construction companies Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications of uPVC and aluminium windows & doors Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, requirement analysis, quotation, negotiation, order closure, and coordination with internal teams Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as an individual contributor Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Candidate Requirements:1–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in uPVC / aluminium windows & doors, building materials, or construction industry Proven experience in field sales and cold calling Strong network with architects, builders, and developers is an added advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently Willingness to travel locally within Bengaluru Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Qualifications:Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience in B2B and B2C sales within construction or real estate sector What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Growth opportunities in a fast-growing organization Supportive work environment
