Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you'll serve as the primary contact for prospective users exploring our platform. You'll guide leads through our offerings, onboard new customers, and ensure a seamless and value-driven customer journey from discovery to adoption.

This role combines consultative sales, customer onboarding, and relationship management. We're looking for someone proactive and independent, comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions across multiple communication channels.
  • Understand customer objectives and provide personalized recommendations with clarity and empathy.
  • Execute timely follow-ups to convert leads into paying customers.
  • Guide new users through the onboarding process to ensure early value realization.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring updates and clear documentation.
  • Relay customer feedback and insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure every customer interaction is professional, personable, and value-driven.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2C sales, client onboarding, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a knack for simplifying complex information.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and remote collaboration tools.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
