Role Overview
As a Success & Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective users exploring our platform. You will guide leads through our offerings, help onboard new customers, and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and value-driven customer journey from discovery to adoption.
This role blends consultative sales, customer onboarding, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions across multiple communication channels
- Understand customer goals and provide tailored recommendations with clarity and empathy
- Execute timely and thoughtful follow-ups to convert leads into paying users
- Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring early value realization
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring timely updates and clear documentation
- Relay customer feedback and insights to internal teams for product and process improvements
- Ensure every customer interaction is professional, human, and value-driven
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, client onboarding, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A customer-centric approach with a talent for simplifying complex information
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and remote collaboration tools
Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
