Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will also prepare sales reports, strategize on increasing market share, consult with clients to understand their needs, and represent the company's vision to stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including negotiation and closing abilities
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Knowledge of the fresh produce or agritech industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
