Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Egmore, Chennai. The Sales Executive will engage with customers to recommend products, handle sales inquiries, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer preferences, meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, displaying merchandise effectively, and supporting the team in day-to-day showroom operations. The individual will represent the brand with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service: Proven experience in Jewellery sales must, customer engagement, and meeting sales targets.
• Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to explain product details clearly, and professional behavior.
• Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of jewelry, gemstones, and trending designs, with a willingness to learn about the brand's offerings.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, arrange merchandise displays effectively, and support showroom operations efficiently.
• Additional Qualifications: Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior jewelry industry experience is a plus.
