To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of jewellery types, stones, and quality markers is preferred, along with flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts. Preferred qualifications include a diploma or certification in Jewellery Design, Retail, or a related field, and multilingual abilities are an advantage. The work environment involves a retail showroom setting with regular customer interaction, requiring you to stand for long periods and handle delicate merchandise.
