Jewellery Consultant

The Jewellery Consultant role in Surat under the Sales/Retail department involves providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and expert guidance to clients in selecting fine jewellery. Your main responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating strong product knowledge of gemstones and other materials, achieving sales targets, handling POS transactions, assisting in stock management, and addressing customer queries professionally. You should also maintain client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of jewellery types, stones, and quality markers is preferred, along with flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts. Preferred qualifications include a diploma or certification in Jewellery Design, Retail, or a related field, and multilingual abilities are an advantage. The work environment involves a retail showroom setting with regular customer interaction, requiring you to stand for long periods and handle delicate merchandise.
