Job Description

The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth by identifying prospects, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales. This role requires a motivated, results-oriented individual with strong communication and persuasive skills to sell products or services that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions from the company’s offerings. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends to effectively position offerings. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management. Handle client objections and negotiations in a professional manner to close deals effectively. Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed to support business growth. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a sales role or customer-facing environment is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.
