Sales Executive - CASA sales Apply Now: Location: Sonipat / Yamunanagar/ Rohtak/ Karnal/ Hisar/ Sec 10 Panchkula About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to drive acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA). The role involves building new customer relationships, increasing CASA balances, and cross-selling banking products. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts through open market / field sales. Generate leads via cold calling, networking, references, and local marketing activities. Explain product features, charges, and benefits to customers; assist in account opening. Meet monthly acquisition, value, and cross-sell targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to KYC & compliance norms. Maintain accurate daily activity and sales reports. Desired Candidate Profile Graduation in any discipline. 0.6–3 years’ experience in CASA sales / retail banking / field sales preferred (freshers with good communication can apply). Strong local market knowledge and customer networking. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to work in field / open market conditions.
