Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries received via various sources. Counsel students about IPB's training program (Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Banking), career support, and placement assistance. Understand individual student needs and accordingly counsel them to get enrolled with our training program. Follow up with leads consistently and maintain a healthy admission pipeline. Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets - >= 5 admissions. Maintain updated and accurate records in the CRM/lead management system. Coordinate with sales support, academic, and placement teams, for seamless admission support.
