Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, educating customers on solar energy solutions, conducting site assessments, preparing proposals, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, technical knowledge of solar products, and a passion for renewable energy. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends. Proficiency with CRM software and the ability to work independently are essential.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Educate customers on solar solutions, savings, and ROI benefits
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with technical teams for project execution
  • Stay updated on solar market trends, products, and competitors.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Background in

    Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering

  • Prior experience in

    solar sales, renewable energy, or power sector

  • Proven ability in

    B2B/B2C sales, client acquisition, and negotiations

  • Strong analytical skills for

    energy savings & ROI calculations

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, CRM, and proposal preparation

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a

    customer-first mindset

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to

    travel extensively

  • Local market knowledge and

    existing client/vendor network

    will be an advantage
