Tata Motors Finance (TMF) brings over 58 years of captive financing expertise in partnership with Tata Motors Limited. The company offers a diverse product portfolio ranging from new asset financing for passenger cars, utility vehicles, commercial vehicles, motor insurance, used vehicle and construction equipment financing. TMF is currently the largest financer of Tata Motors vehicles in India and is set for rapid growth. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghazipur, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, structuring and implementing effective business strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive overall business growth. Other tasks include analyzing market trends, developing proposals, negotiating deals, and preparing regular progress reports.

Qualifications

Proven track record in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of the automobile finance industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
