Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell
premium resort membership packages
to HNIs, corporates, and wellness-conscious customers.
Generate leads via referrals, walk-ins, B2B tie-ups, and inbound queries.
Partner with the marketing team to organize wellness events, brand activations, and seminars.
Deliver engaging
presentations, demos, and one-on-one client meetings
.
Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
Represent the brand at
industry events, exhibitions
, and networking meets.
Provide on-ground feedback to improve service offerings and positioning.

Key Requirements

4+ years of experience in
hospitality sales
, wellness resorts, luxury club memberships, or related sectors.
Strong track record in sales performance and client conversions.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Experience working in collaboration with marketing teams is preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally to the Dehradun resort and other client sites.
