Job Title: Sales Executive – Hospitality and Wellness Company: Sylven Partners Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site – Sector 64) Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4 to 25 years Salary: ₹8.5 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives Industry: Hospitality, Wellness, Luxury Resorts Application Deadline: July 27, 2025 We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join the Gurgaon office and help lead the brand’s growth and expansion through exclusive membership sales and strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell premium resort membership packages to HNIs, corporates, and wellness-conscious customers. Generate leads via referrals, walk-ins, B2B tie-ups, and inbound queries. Partner with the marketing team to organize wellness events, brand activations, and seminars. Deliver engaging presentations, demos, and one-on-one client meetings . Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools. Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships. Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions , and networking meets. Provide on-ground feedback to improve service offerings and positioning. Key Requirements 4+ years of experience in hospitality sales , wellness resorts, luxury club memberships, or related sectors. Strong track record in sales performance and client conversions. Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented. Experience working in collaboration with marketing teams is preferred. Willingness to travel occasionally to the Dehradun resort and other client sites. Why Join?
