Sales Executive

Supreme Colour Roofing & Decking Pvt Ltd is a leading company, offering high-quality Products. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

·       Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

·       Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Client Management:

·       Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.

·       Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and support.

·       Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support.

Target Achievement:

·       Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

·       Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

·       Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

Market Analysis:

·       Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

·       Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve offerings.

Qualifications:

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills:

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
