In this role, you won’t just chase numbers — you’ll build relationships, explore new business opportunities, and play a key role in expanding our presence across corporate, modern trade, and retail channels.

What You’ll Do

• Drive corporate and institutional sales by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients.
• Develop relationships with QSR chains, modern trade partners, and retail networks.
• Support in designing and executing sales plans that align with Fitspire’s growth goals.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts with strong relationship-building and service orientation.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offers, promotions, and campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and share insights on market trends.
• Represent Fitspire confidently — communicating value, not just pricing.
• Contribute ideas for improving client experience, retention, and business growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience (FMCG, health & wellness, or D2C preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and client management.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about wellness and healthy living.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹325,000.00 per year
