  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
  • Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals effectively
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases
  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, marketing) for order processing
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
