Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Drive primary and secondary sales for the new brand across assigned territories. Identify and develop new retail and distribution channels. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Penetration: Increase brand visibility and product availability in the market. Lead in-store executions such as product placements, promotions, and merchandising. Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Provide product training and support to channel partners and store staff. Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports. Gather consumer feedback and suggest strategies to improve product offerings and sales performance. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food and nutrition, Food science, Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. No experience required. Strong understanding of trade channels and regional market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using MS Office. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
