Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives who can start immediately and drive growth for Sparkmi Innovation. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and field execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads through field visits, calls, and digital outreach.
• Present and promote products/services to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for project execution.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales / B2B / B2C sales (preferably in solar, energy, or industrial products).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven personality.
• Immediate availability to join and start work.
• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (technical background preferred).

Compensation:

• Fixed Pay + Attractive Incentives & Performance Bonuses
• Travel Allowance (if applicable)
