Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow revenue and build strong customer relationships in Ahmedabad. You’ll own lead generation, demos, negotiations, and closures, while maintaining an active pipeline and meeting monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads via calls, field visits, email, and LinkedIn
  • Deliver product/service demos and presentations to prospects
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in the CRM; maintain accurate records
  • Prepare proposals/quotations; negotiate terms and close deals
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets (new logos, revenue, collections)
  • Nurture existing accounts to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights with the team
  • Coordinate with operations/support for smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Submit daily/weekly activity and revenue reports

Must-have qualifications & skills

  • MBA from a recognized institution (Marketing/Sales preferred)
  • 6 month to 1.5 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English); Hindi/Gujarati a plus
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
