What You’ll Do: Partner with companies and job seekers to facilitate smooth placement processes. Source, screen, and match candidates with job opportunities based on skills and requirements. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and employers. Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success. Track placement data, prepare reports, and optimize processes for better efficiency. Assist in organizing recruitment drives, campus placements, and networking events. Who You Are: You have 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or placement coordination. You’re a great communicator—confident in talking to candidates and employers alike. You’re organized, multitask like a pro, and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat. You have a knack for problem-solving and love connecting the right people to the right roles. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
