Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right designs, colours, and customization options.
Professionally represent the brand and build lasting relationships with customers.
Proactively suggest higher-quality options and additional products to increase sales per lead.
Plan and confirm daily appointments; ensure all required materials are ready for customer interactions.
Attend scheduled appointments, follow the sales process diligently, and manage end-to-end lead conversion.
Communicate finalized sales details to the production team and plan for upcoming appointments.
Follow up consistently on provided leads to ensure maximum conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in
sales and customer-facing roles
.
Familiarity with
furniture design, customization, and aesthetics
.
Strong ability to
manage and convert leads
effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Well-organized with strong planning and follow-up abilities.
