Position Overview : As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of Simha Jewellers, responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving sales, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. This role demands passion for fine jewellery, excellent communication, and a customer-first approach. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage customers warmly, understanding their jewellery preferences and occasions. Present and demonstrate jewellery collections — diamonds, gold, platinum, silver, bridal and custom pieces. Educate customers about product features, quality, craftsmanship, and pricing transparently. Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling. Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management for repeat and referral business. Handle billing, invoicing, and order documentation accurately. Ensure display counters and showcases are well arranged, cleaned, and adequately stocked. Support visual merchandising and promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on new designs, offers, and brand stories. Handle post-sales service requests — resizing, exchange, customization, etc. Uphold Simha Jewellers’ values of simplicity, quality, and customer focus in every interaction. Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: Jewellery, Retail, or Business background). Experience: 1–4 years of experience in retail jewellery or luxury retail sales. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi (preferred). Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong sense of style and customer service orientation. Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail. Team player with professionalism and integrity. Work Hours : Full-time, 6 days a week (weekend availability required mandate- Friday, saturday Sunday and festival days ).
