Role Overview : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Manual Jewellery Designer with hands-on experience in conceptualizing and sketching unique jewellery designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong artistic sense, deep understanding of Indian jewellery aesthetics, and the ability to translate customer preferences into stunning, production-ready sketches. Key Responsibilities Create hand-drawn designs for gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery as per brand aesthetics. Develop concept sketches and design themes based on trend research and customer briefs. Work closely with the CAD team and craftsmen to ensure accurate execution of designs. Understand and apply technical specifications such as stone settings, metal weights, and manufacturing feasibility. Maintain an updated design portfolio and trend board for ongoing collection development. Participate in new collection planning and design review sessions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for custom order design support. Required Skills Strong manual sketching and rendering ability (pencil, watercolor, or color markers). Good understanding of jewellery proportions, forms, and technical details. Awareness of current jewellery market trends and regional preferences. Ability to visualize and translate design ideas quickly. Knowledge of materials – gold, diamonds, gemstones, and settings. Team-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about fine jewellery.
