We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and skilled accounts professional with strong knowledge of accounting processes and hands-on experience with modern accounting software. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records in compliance with company policies. Manage and update books of accounts regularly. Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial entries. Handle GST filings , including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation. Prepare and assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) filings for the organization. Ensure proper bookkeeping and documentation of financial transactions. Prepare accounting statements, ledgers, and financial summaries. Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with internal/external auditors. Support management in budget planning and financial reporting. Maintain vendor/employee payment records and monitor receivables & payables. Mandatory Skills & Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting. Practical and hands-on knowledge of GST & ITR filing . Proficiency in Zoho Books , Xero , or QuickBooks (at least one of these is mandatory). Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance. Good command of MS Excel and basic reporting. Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication and organizational skills.
