Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Executive / Manager to join our immigration consultancy team. You will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, consulting clients on the most suitable New Zealand visa options, and converting leads into successful applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships through trust and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Consultation

• Attend to walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and online leads assigned by the marketing or admin team.
• Understand each client's background, goals, and eligibility for various New Zealand visa categories (e.g., Student, Visitor, Work, Partnership).
• Conduct in-depth consultations to recommend the most suitable visa path and explain the process clearly.

Relationship Management & Sales Conversion

• Provide timely and professional responses to client queries, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Present services clearly and close sales with a consultative approach—no pushy tactics.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Documentation, Case Processing) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain records of all client interactions, conversions, and feedback.
• Prepare weekly reports on assigned inquiries, consultations held, and success rates.
• Stay updated on the latest New Zealand immigration policies and guidelines to ensure accurate advice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in client counselling, visa sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (regional language is a plus).
• Experience in immigration services or knowledge of New Zealand visa types is highly preferred.
• Confident, polite, and professional demeanor with a focus on service and transparency.
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and email communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
