SEAD Realty focuses exclusively on premium farmhouses, farmland, and agricultural estates across North India. Our flagship project, Nirvaana Hills, is a 200-acre exclusive farmhouse community nestled in the serene hills of Charkhi Dadri, Haryana—designed for those who seek nature, privacy, and sustainable living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, manage, and convert leads for farm plots at Nirvaana Hills
• Conduct site visits and product walkthroughs with clients (Gurgaon & Project Site)
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and provide detailed information about the project
• Build relationships with HNIs, investors, and real estate channel partners
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
• Maintain CRM with accurate and up-to-date client information
• Support in closing deals, completing documentation, and post-sale coordination
• Work closely with senior management to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in farmhouses, plotted development, or luxury real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confident, client-facing personality with a go-getter attitude
• Comfortable with local travel (especially to Nirvaana Hills site)
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools
• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience in selling lifestyle or luxury products
• Gurgaon real estate network or channel partner relations
• Interest in sustainable living, eco-projects, or land investment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
