About SEAD Realty

farmhouses, farmland, and agricultural estates

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, manage, and convert leads for
farm plots at Nirvaana Hills
Conduct site visits and product walkthroughs with clients (Gurgaon & Project Site)
Handle client queries, follow-ups, and provide detailed information about the project
Build relationships with HNIs, investors, and real estate channel partners
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
Maintain CRM with accurate and up-to-date client information
Support in closing deals, completing documentation, and post-sale coordination
Work closely with senior management to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in
real estate sales
, preferably in farmhouses, plotted development, or luxury real estate
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confident, client-facing personality with a go-getter attitude
Comfortable with local travel (especially to Nirvaana Hills site)
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools
Fluency in English and Hindi is essential

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

Experience in selling lifestyle or luxury products
Gurgaon real estate network or channel partner relations
Interest in sustainable living, eco-projects, or land investment
