Real Estate Sales Executive

🏣 Compensation CTC: Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience + performance incentives) Monthly Base + Incentives: Competitive, Industry reported ₹35K-₹60/month base plus attractive commissions 📈 Experience & Qualifications Experience: 3-8 Years in real estate sales-- residential and/or commercial. At least 1 year in team leadership >1 years noted Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or similar (MBA preferred) Skills Required: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership qualities. Familiarity with CRM systems & MS Office.
