Job Description

About the Role:

Scan to BIM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert business opportunities for Scan to BIM services across regions by targeting architects, contractors, facility managers, and real estate developers.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, outreach, events, and partnerships, while maintaining updated records in CRM.
  • Understand client needs around as-built modeling, laser scanning, and point cloud to BIM conversion, and deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals and pricing, and drive revenue growth from mid to large enterprise accounts.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and support marketing efforts including webinars, campaigns, and exhibitions.
  • Meet sales targets and provide regular pipeline and performance reporting to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 49 years of sales experience, ideally in BIM, laser scanning, CAD outsourcing, or construction tech services.
  • Good understanding of the construction lifecycle and digital workflows.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business terms to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to software like Revit, AutoCAD, or point cloud processing tools.
  • Knowledge of Scan to BIM use-cases in

    retrofit, renovation, facility management, or heritage documentation

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience selling to India Market is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in sales, particularly in the software or technology sector, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and sales strategies effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and nurturing relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
