Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads from Qualified leads & our database.
• Explain project details to interested customers.
• Convince customers to schedule Office & site visits to our properties.
• Pass on qualified leads to the Sales Manager for further follow-up & sales conversion.
• Coordinate with customers until the visit is completed.
• Earn incentives for every scheduled visit and successful deal closure.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good communication & convincing skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Prior real estate or telecalling experience preferred (not mandatory)
