Job location: Baner, Pune Job Description Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, market research, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets. Present and demonstrate IT solutions, software products, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and digital transformation services to potential clients. Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success and technical teams, to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management. Qualification & Skill(s) required: Trained Fresher-2 years of experience in IT sales, B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, cloud computing, or technology solutions. Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (An MBA degree would be preferred). Proven Track Record of Demonstrating success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Deep understanding of IT services, emerging technologies, and market trends. Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
