About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and building long-term client relationships. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, persuasive, and eager to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively to generate and convert leads.Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain regular client follow-ups and nurture long-term relationships.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.Update and maintain call records, sales reports, and client databases.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / business development.Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive attitude.Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.Immediate joiners will be preferred.
