Key Responsibilities

• Source potential clients through networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in real estate.
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong local market knowledge in Chennai.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
