Tele caller/BPO

Role Overview: As a Telecaller/BPO at our company, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients and provide them with information about our real estate services. Additionally, you will handle inbound inquiries, maintain the customer database, schedule appointments, and build positive relationships with clients through effective communication. Qualifications Required: - Female candidates with 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field. - Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. - Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally. - Strong organizational skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. - Outstanding problem-solving skills.,
