About Us: Magdum Technologies is a leading innovator in the HVAC automation space, offering a wide range of controllers designed for hospitals, clean rooms, industrial buildings, and commercial spaces. Our product line includes VAV Controllers, Room Pressure Modules, Temperature & Humidity Controllers, Clean Room Displays, and more. Role Objective: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional with a strong track record in the HVAC industry to drive business growth for our HVAC Controllers and Automation Solutions . Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage sales pipeline for HVAC controller products Identify and build relationships with consultants, HVAC contractors, OEMs, and project companies Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, and industry networking Deliver product presentations, conduct demos, and resolve technical queries in coordination with the engineering team Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to the leadership team Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and order fulfillment Provide market feedback on product performance and competitor activity Required Experience & Skills: 3–7 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry , specifically in BMS, controls, or HVAC automation Strong understanding of HVAC project lifecycle and decision-makers (consultants, EPCs, etc.) Familiarity with products like VAV Controllers, RH/Temp Controllers, Pressure Monitors Ability to read HVAC drawings and understand technical specifications Proven negotiation and closing skills Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and site meetings Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred)
