Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Sangli & Kolhapur Maharashtra.

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Fire Protection / Contracting / Trading

Experience: 1–4 years (relevant sales/marketing experience required)

Salary: 12–18 K per month (based on skills & experience + incentives)

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) / Marketing / Business Administration or related field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Fire Protection & Contracting business. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B/Industrial sales, preferably in fire protection, industrial equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders as required.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Visit client sites for presentations, meetings, and negotiations.

Market Research & Reporting:

  • Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
  • Provide inputs to management for business strategy and product positioning.
  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or Excel records.

Coordination & Documentation:

  • Coordinate with the operations and project team for smooth order execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery, installation, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation for sales transactions and contracts.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and brochures.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer handling.
  • Basic understanding of fire protection systems / mechanical or electrical materials.
  • Ability to prepare quotations, BOQs, and basic costing.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling fire protection, safety, construction, or industrial products.
  • Knowledge of hydrant systems, sprinklers, extinguishers, or related equipment.
  • Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid license (for client visits).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Flexible for client/site visits)
