Sales Team Management: Hiring, training, motivating, and supervising a team of sales representatives.  Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed dealership targets.  Sales Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales performance metrics, analyzing data, and creating reports.  Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  Sales Process Management: Ensuring that the sales process is efficient and effective.  Training & Development: Providing training to sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership policies.  Marketing Collaboration: Collaborating with the marketing department to develop and execute promotional activities.  Compliance: Ensuring compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.  Customer Complaint Resolution: Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
