We are seeking experienced Sales Officer / Sales Supervisor / Sales Representative for our Maharashtra locations for one of our growing Brand.


Role Requirement:

  • Education:

    Graduation or Higher Secondary.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel sales and distribution.
  • Industry Exposure:

    Must have working experience in Textile/Fashion & Apparel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales generation:

    Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Client relationship management:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new distributors and dealers, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Sales process management:

    Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product knowledge:

    Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value and advise customers.
  • Reporting and analysis:

    Prepare and present sales reports to reporting manager, and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Administrative tasks:

    Handle administrative duties such as preparing proposals, quotes, and maintaining accurate customer records in a CRM.


Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and a solid understanding of the sales industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
