Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities for Road Marking products (Road Marking Paints) to Contractors, Contactors, B2B customers, Institutions, and Industries in Guwahati region. Develop new business opportunities through techno-commercial sales strategies. Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat orders and referrals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in industrial sales, business development, project sales, institutional sales or related fields. Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. Chemical or Civil). Strong understanding of road construction processes and materials used in the industry. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
