Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Conduct property tours for prospective clients and provide complete information about projects.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market feedback to the management for strategy planning.
Coordinate with the marketing and project teams for promotions and updates.

Requirements:

Graduate from a recognized university (any stream).
Minimum
1 year of experience in real estate sales
is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the Jabalpur real estate market is a plus.
