The role of Sales Executive Real Estate in Lucknow involves actively contributing to the sales and marketing department. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue high-quality leads, convert prospects into clients, and successfully close property sales. By excelling in these areas, you will significantly impact revenue generation, meet sales objectives, and uphold strong client relationships within a competitive industry. Your key duties will include employing various lead generation techniques such as field visits, cold calling, digital platforms, and networking. It will be essential to comprehend client requirements thoroughly and offer appropriate real estate solutions. Conducting site visits with potential clients, showcasing property features, explaining pricing details, and guiding them through the documentation process will also be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, maintaining consistent follow-ups with potential buyers, addressing pre-sale and post-sale inquiries, staying updated on market trends, available inventory, legal procedures, and competitor offerings, as well as preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, will be crucial aspects of your role. Negotiating deals, finalizing agreements, and successfully closing property sales will be key milestones to achieve. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and managing client databases and sales records, collaborating with the marketing and CRM teams to enhance lead conversion rates, attending property expos, promotional events, and meetings, and staying informed about local property laws and real estate market developments. To excel in this position, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a proven track record of at least 3 years in real estate sales or a related domain.
