  • Identify and qualify property leads through on-site evaluations, walk-ins, and networking events.
  • Conduct property site visits, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client profiles, interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for effective property listings, promotions, and offline campaigns.
  • Provide post-sale coordination with legal, finance, and client teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 13 years of proven success in real estate sales or property brokerage.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in residential or commercial markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Indian real estate regulations, market dynamics, and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office suite.

Preferred

  • Established network of property developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and lead-generation techniques.
  • Experience handling both residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end.
  • Knowledge of property financing options, legal documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Fluency in regional languages to engage diverse client segments.
  • Certifications from recognized real estate institutions or professional courses.
